Our company submitted a discussion thread already but I am not finding it, so i am trying again. We have a brand new full disc with an additional License for Desktop Pro that we want to install on a new computer and be able to have 2 users with 2 separate licenses using Desktop Pro at the same time. Thank you but as quickboooks said, we do not want to quickbooks. We simply want to install the new license from the quickbloks we have. I honestly just want Quickbooks to answer the question, not continue to keep trying to sell me an upgrade or a support package.
